Prepare for Blood Draw
Before your collection, freeze all ice packs in your test kit for at least 24 hours. Please bring your full test kit (including the ice packs), requisition form, and return materials to your appointment.
Your phlebotomist should review the Specimen Collection & Handling Procedures on the back of your requisition form before collection. These instructions include the tube handling and packing requirements for your specific test.
