Jonathan Stein, Ph.D.

With over two decades of experience in biomedical research and clinical laboratory science, Dr. Jonathan Stein has played a key role in advancing diagnostic testing and scientific strategy within clinical and research settings. He currently serves as Lab Director and Chief Scientific Officer at SpectraCell Laboratories, where he oversees laboratory operations, scientific research, and the development of clinically actionable testing methodologies.

Dr. Stein’s background spans academic research and applied laboratory leadership. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Science and Research at SpectraCell Laboratories, and earlier held leadership positions at Identigene. He also worked as a Research Investigator at MD Anderson Cancer Center, contributing to research focused on molecular and cellular mechanisms of disease. Dr. Stein’s work bridges complex biomedical science with practical clinical application, supporting clinicians in interpreting advanced laboratory data.

Bernarda Zenker, MD.

To her 20 years of family practice experience using traditional medicine, Dr. Zenker has added expertise in non-Western alternative, nutritional, and complementary treatment of chronic diseases.  To find answers for patients, she assesses Micronutrient levels, Neurotransmitter levels, Methylation genetic profiles, Hormone measurements, Heavy Metals, Mycotoxins, Enviromental Toxins and Gastrointestinal function.

Dr. Bernarda Zenker, MD is a Board-Certified Family Physician through the American Academy of Family Medicine, and Board-Certified in Integrative Medicine.  She is certified Functional Medicine Clinician through the Institute for Functional Medicine.  Dr. Zenker desires to empower clinicians with knowledge for identifying root causes and finding solutions to chronic health problems.  She utilizes nutritional supplements and diet recommendations to assist traditional medicine in the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases. Some areas of specific focus are preventing age-related memory loss, detoxification of toxins, increasing neurotransmitter levels when needed, and reestablishing gastrointestinal health.

Arland Hill, DC, MPH, DACBN

Dr. Hill is the Clinical Director for Complete Care Wellness Center and the Wellness Coordinator at Specialty Healthcare and Wellness, both of which are multi-disciplinary clinics in Houston, TX. He is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Nutrition. He has been practicing since 2003 with a clinical focus on the use of science-based natural therapies for the management of chronic diseases.

Dr. Hill received his Doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College and his Master in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst. He has been a regular lecturer at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston, where he instructs students on the merger of nutrition into mainstream medicine. Dr. Hill continues his consulting position to the nutrition industry where he offers his expertise in the development of products and strategies to improve patient outcomes. Dr. Hill routinely lectures on topics core to functional medicine emphasizing the importance of research-based interventions.

Kaoru Sakatani, MD., Ph.D., D.Eng.

Founder of the AI Preventive Medicine Institute in Tokyo;specially appointed research scientist (previously a specially appointed professor) at the University of Tokyo. Expert in preventivemedicine, cognitive decline prediction, and medical AI, with researchexperience at Yale University and NYU School of Medicine.
