These are the only services that guarantee delivery within 48 hours. Do NOT use FedEx Economy.
Drop off at a FedEx location or facility
Hand your package directly to a FedEx staff member. Do not use drop boxes or third-party drop-off sites. Some locations may request a paper Air Waybill. If so, use the pre-filled AWB in your kit and fill in only the sender's information.
Drop off before the daily cut-off time
Packages dropped off after the cut-off may be held overnight, which can compromise your sample. Check your location's cut-off time via the FedEx Location Finder or FedEx customer service.
Prepare your customs documentation
Insert the Commercial Invoice and FedEx label/AWB into the clear document pouch on the outside of the FedEx bag. Have these ready before drop-off, as FedEx staff may ask to review them. You are responsible for complying with your country's export regulations.
