Results Portal FAQ
1.) Visit our website: www.spectracell.com and click on the Provider Results Portal tab on our homepage.

2.) Log in with the Username and temporary Password assigned to you via email when your results portal account was set up. *This is not the same credentials as the Provider Dashboard.
Upon login, you will be prompted to change your password before proceeding. Once your new password is set, please be sure to complete the following steps

The Results Portal is best viewed using a Chrome browser. Current browser versions of Firefox and Safari are also supported. Internet Explorer is not supported and should not be used.
3.) Click inside Available Locations box and confirm the Location(s) you are part of.
4.) To enhance account security, please set up your security questions for password recovery in My Preferences →Application. This will allow you to reset your password independently in case of forgetting it. Alternatively, if you encounter difficulties, contact SpectraCell customer support for assistance with password resetting.


After entering your answers for your security questions, hit Save within the dialog box and then sign out of the portal by clicking Sign Out in the bottom left hand corner of the window.

1.) To view your order status, navigate to Manage Orders and click on Pending Orders.

1.) Within Results Portal, navigate to the View Results tab and click on User Inbox.
Accounts with multiple providers may utilize the Location Inbox instead, which grants providers and office staff access to all patients within the practice. To enable this feature, you must fill out the Result Portal Authorization Form.

2.) Click on the Order ID and then select Lab Report --> View

3.) You have the option of printing, downloading, or emailing the report to an external recipient.
