New Process for Collecting Missing Patient Information

In an effort to make the process of obtaining missing information for incomplete requisitions easier and more efficient, we are transitioning away from fax notifications to a secure email platform. Moving forward, when a request for missing information arises, the email associated with your account will receive an email notification that looks like the example below.
