Graphic Design Intern - Spring/Summer Internship

JOB SUMMARY

Graphic Design Intern will work with the Marketing Manager in developing marketing communication deliverables for the sales force and digital marketing campaigns. The intern will also assist with the preliminary stages of the company’s rebranding strategy.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Content Creation, Design, Editing, & Maintenance
  • Design various marketing materials, including but not limited to: brochures, campaign flyers, PowerPoint decks, marketing plans
  • Design/generate various items needed for ongoing and one-off projects including but not limited to: trade show collateral, banners, exhibits, web graphics, social media banners, postcards/flyers
  • Format email templates for various campaigns
  • Design/update website graphics and content as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 15 hours/week
  • Technical Skills: moderate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), moderate skills with MS Office especially PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
  • Results driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a creative thinker
  • Strong ability to take product information and turn into sales specific and customer-centric content
  • Portfolio/work samples showcasing distinct design skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong proof reading, and an eye for typography, alignment, etc.

Territory Manager - North Carolina

Responsible for all sales activities, from growing current business to targeting and securing new business and driving new sales growth within assigned territory. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus is to increase revenue stream from current client accounts and proactively develop new accounts from leads generated by marketing activities.
  • Develop new prospects and interacts with existing customers by phone and face to face to increase sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations for clinical diagnostic services in client office as well as over the phone and web meetings.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with physicians and decision makers.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products and services the company offers.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Medical, Biology, Nutrition, or related field.
  • Minimum Sales Experience Requirement: 3-5 years outside, business to business sales.

Special Requirements:

  • Candidate must have residency within the identified territory.
  • A valid driver’s license. 
  • A motor vehicle record in good standing.
  • Must be open to some overnight travel within assigned territory
