Blood samples can be collected and shipped Monday through Friday only (not Saturday or Sunday).

IMPORTANT NOTE
All specimens must be received within 24 hours of collection, When shipping on Friday,
be sure to “X” the Hold Saturday Delivery box on the airbill and change the service type to PRIORITY OVERNIGHT.

Complete section 1 of the airbill with the address & phone number of the location where FedEx will pick up the package.

Peel the paper off the back of the airbill, and place the airbill onto the red lab pack where indicated.

Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and request a pick up the same day the blood is collected. Do not use the “automated system”, speak to a representative. Write down the confirmation number that FedEx gives you. You will need to allow 2 hours for the pick up.

Do not place the sample in a drop box. Accurate results depend upon maintaining the blood at room temperature.
